Question- How long do I leave it on for?

Answer

Once you have applied the henna design to the skin, you should leave it on there as long as possible. The longer you leave it on the skin, the darker the stain will be.

Question- How long does a henna tattoo last?

Answer

Henna tattoos usually last 8 days - 2 weeks. The henna stains the upper layer of the skin and start fading naturally when the skin begins to exfoliate.

If the Henna is placed on a part of the body that is more frequently washed it is more likely to come off sooner.

The length of time the stain stays also depends on the quality of henna used and how long you leave it on for after it has been applied.

Question- Is Henna only meant for hands?

No, Henna can be placed anywhere you want, however the darkness of the stain and the length of time that it stays on the skin can vary depending on where on the body it is. But it may stain less or last a shorter amount of time on places such as the knees, elbows, and feet.
